Pool Description

Explore the key features and specifications of our custom pool designed to enhance the customers’ backyard experience:

  • Pool size: 18’x36’ rectangular pool with a shallow end at 3'10" and deep end up to 8'.

  • Concrete walls: 10" thick poured concrete walls with rebar for added strength & support. Life-time warranty on wall structure.

  • Vinyl Liner: Merlin 20 mil liner with new gaskets, faceplates, rings, and covers for all pool components. Foam padding added where liner meets concrete for a seamless finish.

  • Steps & Bench: Custom concrete stadium steps with a 6’ interior bench, covered with foam and vinyl liner for added comfort and safety.

  • Plumbing Lines: 2" Schedule 40 PVC for underground plumbing lines

  • Winter Safety Cover: Super Duty Mesh safety cover blocks 98% of light and is anchored securely with 9" pipe anchors for maximum support and protection.

  • Maintenance Kit: Pole, net, brush, vacuum head, vacuum hose, & chemical test strips.

  • Accessories: Includes pool rope & float for break-line, pool alarm, tarp cover, and water bags for seasonal use.

Custom Features

This backyard features a full custom patio and additional hardscape upgrades to elevate both form and function.

Main Patio:

  • 640 sq. ft. of Cambridge 3-piece Ledgestone pavers

  • 6"x12" bullnose-style coping

  • Additional 12 linear feet of coping to accommodate upgraded pool dimensions

Extended Patio Area:

  • Additional 168 sq. ft. of pavers for a 4' border around the entire pool and a 12’x26’ lounge area bump out

  • Total patio size: 808 sq. ft.

Walkway to Pool:

  • New Cambridge Ledgestone paver walkway with detailed borders

  • All pavers installed over a 6" compacted RCA base with concrete bond beam edging and polymeric sand joint
