The journey began with a custom 3D design, allowing the homeowners to visualize their dream backyard before construction started. Our team worked closely with them to ensure that every aspect of the design met their vision and needs.
Construction:
Following the approval of the design, we moved into the construction phase. Our skilled team executed the plan meticulously, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail at every stage.

Pool design and features

Pool size: 20′ × 40′ rectangular in-ground gunite pool, with a shallow-end depth of 42″ and a deep-end depth of 72″
Gunite walls: Rebar installed 12″ on center, horizontally and vertically; lifetime warranty on the gunite structure
Sun deck: Stadium step down to the sun deck, with two steps from the sun deck to the rest of the pool
Attached spa: 8′ × 8′ gunite spa with a wraparound bench, a 12-jet system, a dedicated jet pump, an air blower, and one accent LED light
Interior bench: 6′ concrete bench with two jets
Plumbing lines: 2″ Schedule 40 PVC underground plumbing lines
Finish: Marble dust
Tile: 6″ ×6″ porcelain tile border around the pool and spa
Maintenance kit & accessories: Pool alarm, rope and float for the break line, pole, net, brush, vacuum head, vacuum hose, and chemical test strips

Salt system: Included with the Hayward OmniPL bundle
Heater: Hayward H400FDN natural-gas heater, rated at 400,000 BTU and suitable for salt and chlorine water
Automatic Cover: CoverSafe automatic cover with a steel cable system
