  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for both paid advertising and organic content across various social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your primary objectives will be to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and foster growth in our follower base.

    Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, including posts, reels and stories, while managing ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a Meta certification and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong ability to create eye-catching graphics and videos.

    Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable, as you will be tasked with capturing and producing high-quality visual content. As we are showcasing our work, we do not use stock photography.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies for paid and organic content.

    • Create and manage a social media schedule for our social platforms

    • Monitor and engage with Groups to enhance our reach and visibility

    • Research and apply effective hashtag strategies to maximize post visibility and engagement.

    • Create and manage engaging content, including posts, reels and stories, tailored to our target audience.

    • Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

    • Efficiently manage the advertising budget to optimize the success of campaigns and drive results.

    • Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

    • Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities.

    • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a community around our brand.

    • Post and optimize videos on our YouTube channel

    • Post to our Google My Business Page

    • Minor updates to the websites in Squarespace and Wordpress

    Qualifications:

    • Meta certification is required for consideration.

    • Proven experience in managing social media platforms with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for creating graphics and videos.

    • Experience in photography and videography is a significant plus.

    • Experience updating websites using Squarespace and WordPress a plus

    • Google My Business certification is a plus

    • Strong analytical skills for evaluating ad performance and making data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and creative skills with exceptional organizational abilities.

    • Driven candidate who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    • Excellent at prioritizing workload and possessing strong time management skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proven track record of seeing projects through to completion.

    • Openness to constructive criticism and willingness to learn for future improvement.

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

    Job Type: Full-time, In-House in Hauppauge

    Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts

    • Saturdays: 4-hour shifts, as needed in May, June, September, and October

This role is crucial to ensure our financial records are always current and accurate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle and process billing and accounts payable.

    • Collect payments and assist with aging reports.

    • Record all financial transactions in QuickBooks Online daily.

    • Generate financial reports to support business decision-making.

    • Ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.

    • Experience with Jobber is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.
